Help support mother-friendly maternity care in the Corvallis area. Join or donate to Heart of the Valley BirthNetwork!

Donations (any amount) - Heart of the Valley BirthNetwork will gladly accept your tax-deductible donations at any time. 100% of all donations stay right here in Corvallis to support local efforts to increase mother-friendly maternity care. To donate, print the membership and donation form and check the "donation" box. Checks, money orders, cash (in person), and credit card payments (through Paypal) are accepted. Donations of goods and services are also welcome. Please email our leaders (leaders@valleybirthnetwork.org) to set this up.

Consumer Membership ($25) - Get a 1 year subscription to the BirthNetwork National newsletter and discounts to BirthNetwork National conferences and events. Become a part of a growing movement to improve maternity care in your community. $10 of your membership fee stays here with the local chapter.

Professional Membership ($50) - All of the above plus one listing in the local and national online version of "Birth and Beyond: A Resource for Expectant Parents." Receive speaking opportunities connected to your area of expertise as it relates to mother-friendly care at local Heart of the Valley BirthNetwork events. This is a great networking opportunity with both consumers and birth professionals. Half of your membership fee stays here with the local chapter.

Professional Membership ($75 or $100) - All of the above plus one or more additional listings in the resources guide.

To join, complete this easy online application (don't forget to choose OR - Heart of the Valley as your chapter!). You may also print the membership and donation form and mail it along with a check or money order (payable to Heart of the Valley BN) to the address on the form. Cash can be accepted in person only. Credit card payments can be sent using a Paypal account.
